Remodel
2010

Elements not original to this 1920’s Federal style house, such as arched windows, an inefficient kitchen, mismatched trim, shelving, fireplace surrounds, etc. were stripped away leaving a clean, modern feel. The wall that separated the kitchen and family room was removed and a contemporary kitchen was added creating more open, usable spaces. With this openness comes a wash of natural light and clear views to the exterior.
